Meme is the founder of Employee of Choice, Inc. and the MyZolve workplace success advisory brand. MyZolve is a social and peer advisory platform (and mobile app!) that enables employees to exchange knowledge relevant to their workplace and career success needs.

She is a Workplace Revolutionary, Employee Advocate, entrepreneur, visionary, and highly experienced HR Leader truly dedicated to the core of the field, people. As an HR Leader, Meme has been instrumental in the lives of employees throughout the country with responsibilities for corporate-wide functions as well as focused HR leadership in the Mid-Atlantic and Southern regions of the country. She has held HR leadership roles in a variety of industries including retail, supply chain management, and sales.
Tameika has achieved multiple certifications and designations including: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR); Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Professional (SHRM-SCP); and Certified Development Dimension International Facilitator (Certified DDI Facilitator). She is known for her dedication and passion for people and her focus on relationship building and innovative, positive employee relations practices. Her commitment to innovation in the field of Human Resources has led to her being awarded a Leading Innovation award by Rite Aid Pharmacy.
Currently Tameika leads Employee of Choice, Inc. and TN2 HR Consulting, offering unique paths to effective Human Resources and Development programs by focusing on providing educational, encouraging, and empowering HR solutions and training for the evolution of the employee-organizational relationship. This approach involves the transformation of key policies and practices as well as an engaging and dynamic training and development program for individual contributors to complement leadership training and development.
